Hache er den venstre tilløbsflod til Ochtum i Niedersachsen. Den ansvarlige vand- og jordforening er WBV Hache og Hombach.
Hache udspringer i bydelen Hache i den niedersaksiske kommune Bruchhausen-Vilsen, lige i nærheden af Siede-kilden. Den flyder gennem byerne Bensen, Freidorf, Bassum-Neubruchhausen, Syke-Jardinghausen, Syke-Henstedt, Syke-Hoope, Syke-Steimke, Syke, Syke-Lindhof, Syke-Barrien og Weyhe-Lahausen til Weyhe-Kirchweyhe. Der forenes den i Kirchweyher Sø med den noget vandrigere Süstedter Bach og flyder derefter som Ochtum videre til Weser ved Bremen.
