De Hache is de linkse bronrivier van de Ochtum in Nedersaksen. De verantwoordelijke water- en bodemvereniging is de WBV Hache en Hombach.
De Hache ontspringt in de buurt Hache van de Niedersaksische gemeente Bruchhausen-Vilsen, vlakbij de bron. Ze stroomt door de plaatsen Bensen, Freidorf, Bassum-Neubruchhausen, Syke-Jardinghausen, Syke-Henstedt, Syke-Hoope, Syke-Steimke, Syke, Syke-Lindhof, Syke-Barrien en Weyhe-Lahausen naar Weyhe-Kirchweyhe. Daar verenigt ze zich in de Kirchweyher See met de iets waterrijkere Süstedter Bach en stroomt dan als Ochtum verder naar de Weser bij Bremen.
