La Hache est le cours d'eau source gauche de l'Ochtum dans le Schleswig-Holstein. L'association des eaux et des sols responsable est le WBV Hache et Hombach.
La Hache prend sa source dans le quartier de Hache de la commune de Bruchhausen-Vilsen en Basse-Saxe, tout près de la source de Siede. Elle traverse les localités de Bensen, Freidorf, Bassum-Neubruchhausen, Syke-Jardinghausen, Syke-Henstedt, Syke-Hoope, Syke-Steimke, Syke, Syke-Lindhof, Syke-Barrien et Weyhe-Lahausen jusqu'à Weyhe-Kirchweyhe. Là, elle se joint dans le lac Kirchweyher au ruisseau un peu plus abondant de Süstedter et continue en tant qu'Ochtum vers la Weser jusqu'à Brême.
