Banegården i Allendorf ligger syd for byen Allendorf i den nordhessiske kommune Waldeck-Frankenberg. Den ligger ved afkørslen fra Oberen Edertalbahn til jernbanestrækningen Nuttlar–Frankenberg og er bevaringsværdig.
Den 22. januar 1906 blev bygningen af den sidste strækning af jernbanestrækningen Nuttlar–Frankenberg mellem Bromskirchen og Frankenberg påbegyndt. Under arbejdet var op til 600 fremmedarbejdere indkvarteret i Allendorf. Den 1. december 1908 blev strækningen åbnet. Den 17. november 1910 blev den første del af jernbanestrækningen fra Allendorf til Bad Berleburg i drift taget, og den samlede strækning var færdigbygget den 15. august 1911.
