Schloss Frens er et renæssanceslot i bydelen Ichendorf i byen Bergheim i den nordrhein-westfalske Rhein-Erft-Kreis.
Som stamsted for en slægt af Frens nævnes "Castrum Vrenze" allerede i 1263. I begyndelsen af det 14. århundrede må denne familie næppe være eksisteret længere, da slottet kom i besiddelse af greverne af Virneburg. I 1347 solgte Ruprecht von Virneburg huset til sin stedson ridder Rutger von Raitz, hvis familie herefter kaldte sig Raitz von Frentz efter erhvervelsen af slottet. Næsten 400 år forblev slottet i besiddelse af denne familie.
