Bleifeld er en del af Rösrath i Rheinisch-Bergischen Kreis. Stedet har omkring 450 indbyggere. Bleifelds navn skyldes den nærliggende minedrift på Lüderich, hvor romerne allerede havde gravet efter bly nær Fruhling Schacht.
Et dokument fra 1368 nævner den 24. marts 1374 et len fra Rennenberg til Bleifeld. I 1828 var der i Bleifeld 15 huse med 71 indbyggere.
