Zuckerfabrikken Anklam har siden 2007 været den eneste sukkerfabrik i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern og ligger i Anklam i Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald. Virksomheden, som ejes af den hollandske Suiker Unie, forarbejder sukkerroer til sukker, bioethanol, biomethan og dyrefoder. Med 135 ansatte blev der i regnskabsåret 2013 forarbejdet cirka 1,4 millioner ton sukkerroer og genereret en omsætning på cirka 120 millioner euro.
Den 31. januar 1883 blev aktieselskabet Pommesche Zuckerfabrik Anklam grundlagt. Sukkerroerne blev leveret med skib via en specialbygget stikkanal fra Peene samt via en fabriksindehavt jernbaneforbindelse.
