Landretterne i Görlitz er en domstol under den almindelige retspleje i distriktet ved Oberlandesgericht Dresden. Det blev genetableret i 1993. Landretten har sit sæde i Görlitz, Sachsen. Den er underlagt Oberlandesgericht Dresden, som igen er underlagt Bundesgerichtshof i Karlsruhe. Præsident for domstolen har siden 1. januar 2008 været Friedrich-Leopold Grev af Stolberg-Stolberg. Til distriktet for Landretterne Görlitz hører Amtsretterne i Görlitz, Löbau, Weißwasser og Zittau. I henhold til den saksiske lokalitetslov af 27. januar 2012 hører siden 1. januar 2013 også Amtsretterne i Bautzen, Hoyerswerda og Kamenz til landretsdistriktet Görlitz. Den tidligere Landret i Bautzen opretholdes som en udvidet afdeling.
