Il Tribunale Regionale di Görlitz è un tribunale della giurisdizione ordinaria nel distretto della Corte d'Appello di Dresda. È stato ricostituito nel 1993. Il Tribunale Regionale ha sede a Görlitz, in Sassonia. Ad esso è subordinata la Corte d'Appello di Dresda, a sua volta sotto la giurisdizione della Corte Federale di Karlsruhe. Il presidente del tribunale è, dal 1 gennaio 2008, Friedrich-Leopold Graf zu Stolberg-Stolberg. Nel distretto del Tribunale Regionale di Görlitz rientrano i tribunali distrettuali di Görlitz, Löbau, Weißwasser e Zittau. Ai sensi della Legge sui siti sassoni del 27 gennaio 2012, dal 1 gennaio 2013 anche i tribunali distrettuali di Bautzen, Hoyerswerda e Kamenz appartengono al distretto del tribunale regionale di Görlitz. L'ex Tribunale Regionale di Bautzen è mantenuto come camera esterna.
