Schönborns Aue er en bevidst opdæmmet indlandsø ved Rhinen fra det 19. århundrede. Den tilhører en række øer, der ligger i Ø-rhin mellem Mainz og Bingen. På Auen findes der en kolonihave samt landbrugsarealer. Siden begyndelsen af 2013 er der blevet implementeret planer om at grave den tidligere Altrheinarme ud som en del af renatureringsarbejdet for at frigøre Auen fra fastlandet. Disse arbejder blev afsluttet med succes i november 2015.
