Stationsbygningen Gunzenhausen er stationen i den bayerske by Gunzenhausen i Landkreis Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen og en jernbaneknudepunkt i Mittelfranken. Krydsningsstationen ligger på jernbanelinjen Treuchtlingen–Würzburg. Derudover starter Seenlandbahn til Pleinfeld i Gunzenhausen, og jernbanelinjen Nördlingen–Gunzenhausen, hvor personbefordring kun finder sted som museumsdrift ved siden af regelmæssig godstransport.
Den tilhører kategori 4 for stationer og har fem perronspor. Stationen betjenes dagligt af cirka 60 tog fra Deutsche Bahn AG. Modtagelsesbygningen fra 1865 er listed som bevaringsværdig. Udover stationen Gunzenhausen er der i byen den tidligere station og nuværende stoppested Cronheim, som ligger på jernbanelinjen Nördlingen–Gunzenhausen og kun betjenes af museums tog.
