Luisenstraße er en byvej i Wuppertal-Elberfeld og betragtes som „Wuppertaler Altstadt“. Kvarteret omkring vejen kaldes Luisenviertel.
Luisenstraße blev anlagt af private i takt med udvidelsen af Elberfeld mod vest i begyndelsen af det 19. århundrede og blev åbnet i 1926. Den fører i øst-vest retning fra nær Neumarkt til Briller Straße og danner en nordligt forskudt parallelvej til Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, hovedvejen i kvarteret. Navnepatronen var Luise af Preussen, som levede på byggetidspunktet. Med hendes navn fik Luisenstraße et dengang meget populært vejnavn, da der samtidig i Berlin, Bad Homburg vor der Höhe, Darmstadt og mange andre tyske byer blev anlagt Luisen- eller Louisenveje og -pladser.
