Gruben Warndt var et kulmine i nærheden af Großrosselns bydel Karlsbrunn, som blev opført af Saarbergwerke AG. Det var det nyeste mine i Saarregionen.
Minene ligger midt i Warndt ved L276 mellem bydelene Karlsbrunn og Dorf i Warndt i kommunen Großrosseln. Her ligger flødene fra Merlebacher Sattels i Saar-kulbækken og det Lothringiske kulbassin. Minen Warndt havde malmforekomster af kul på omkring 190 millioner tonnede, målt op til en dybde på -1100 meter NN. Flødenes tykkelse varierede mellem en og seks meter.
