La mine de Warndt était une mine de charbon située dans le quartier de Karlsbrunn à Großrosseln, construite par la Saarbergwerke AG. C'était la plus jeune mine du bassin houiller de la Sarre.
La mine se trouve au milieu du Warndt, sur la L276, entre les quartiers de Karlsbrunn et de Dorf im Warndt dans la commune de Großrosseln. Ici se trouvent les gisements du puits de Merlebach dans le bassin houiller de la Sarre et le bassin houiller lorrain. La mine de Warndt disposait de réserves de charbon exploitables d'environ 190 millions de tonnes, calculées jusqu'à une profondeur de -1100 mètres NN. L'épaisseur des gisements variait entre un et six mètres.
