Schierke er en bydel i byen Wernigerode i Landkreis Harz i Sachsen-Anhalt og den sidste landsby under Brockens toppen. Den har siden 2002 været anerkendt som en officiel kurby.
Schierke ligger i Harzen. Den grænser mod nord til Nationalpark Harz og ligger i Naturpark Harz/Sachsen-Anhalt sydøst for Brocken, sydvest for Hohnekamm, nord for Barenberg og øst-nordøst for bjerggruppen af Wurmberg, Großem Winterberg og Kleinem Winterberg. Den ligger på omkring 600 til 650 m over havets overflade i dalen af Kalten Bode, som syd for landsbyen Elendstal kaldes og er udpeget som et naturreservat. Den syd-sydøstlige naboby er Elend.
