Hohenwutzen er en landsby af den såkaldte ø Neuenhagen i Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland. Siden sammenlægningen i 2003 er Hohenwutzen en del af Bad Freienwalde.
Hohenwutzen ligger sammen med landsbyerne Altglietzen, Bralitz, Neuenhagen og Schiffmühle på øen Neuenhagen nord for Oderbruch. Hohenwutzen ligger ved Bundesstraße 158a og er grænseovergang til Polen. Den polske naboby, adskilt af Oder-Neiße-grænsen, er Osinów Dolny. Sammen med Hohenwutzen er det Neuglietzen, der ligger mod syd for byen.
