Slottet Barby er en barok slotsejendom i Barby, en by i Salzlandkreis i Sachsen-Anhalt, hvis oprindelse går tilbage til en grænsefæstning fra det 10. århundrede og som har fungeret som residens siden det 17. århundrede. Fra det 18. til det 20. århundrede blev det brugt som uddannelsesinstitution og har siden 1979 rummet grundbogsarkivet i Sachsen-Anhalt.
Oprindelsen til slottet går tilbage til det 10. århundrede. I et dokument fra kong Otto I fra år 961, hvori han gav sin søster Mathilde, abbedisse af Quedlinburg, Barby, nævnes der første gang en grænsefæstning i stedet. Den Quedlinburgske abbedisse bevilgede Barby-herrerne borgen.
