Varenholz er en landsby i Kalletal kommune i den nordrhein-westfalske kreis Lippe i Tyskland.
Landsbyen ligger i den øvre del af Weserdalen mellem Vlotho og Rinteln i de sydlige engområder ved foden af Lipper-bjerglandet. Weser flød engang direkte forbi landsbyen, men dens løb er nu flyttet mod nord. Weser kan på dette sted krydses med en kabelfærge til Veltheim.
