Havert er en landsby i kommunen Selfkant i Heinsberg-distriktet i delstaten Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Havert er en landsby i den tyske kommune Selfkant. 522 indbyggere bor der. Navnet Havert betyderæsken skov og nævnes første gang i år 1020. Vesttårnet af St-Gertrudis-kirken blev bygget i 1525. Årligt finder der en Oldie-fest til fordel for børn med kræft sted der. Havert grænser op til byerne Stein og Millen-Bruch.
Allerede i 1689 blev det fredede hovedgård Haus Wammen nævnt i dokumenter.
