Havert è una località del comune di Selfkant nel distretto di Heinsberg nel land della Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia.
Havert è un comune della Germania Selfkant. Qui vivono 522 abitanti. Il nome Havert significa bosco di frassini ed è menzionato per la prima volta nell'anno 1020. Il campanile ovest della chiesa di St-Gertrudis è stato costruito nel 1525. Ogni anno si tiene lì la festa Oldie a favore dei bambini malati di cancro. Havert confina con i comuni di Stein e Millen-Bruch.
Già nel 1689 la tenuta storicamente protetta Haus Wammen è stata menzionata ufficialmente.
