Havert est une localité de la commune de Selfkant dans le district de Heinsberg dans le land de Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie.
Havert est un lieu de la commune allemande de Selfkant. 522 habitants y vivent. Le nom Havert signifie "bois d'ormes" et est mentionné pour la première fois en 1020. Le clocher ouest de l'église Saint-Gertrude a été construit en 1525. Chaque année, une fête rétro a lieu au profit des enfants atteints de cancer. Havert est adjacent aux localités de Stein et Millen-Bruch.
Le manoir classé monument historique de Haus Wammen a été mentionné pour la première fois en 1689.
