Den tidligere stiftskirke St. Elisabeth og Maria er en evangelisk sognekirke i byen Rotenburg an der Fulda i den hessiske kommune Hersfeld-Rotenburg.
Det stift, der blev grundlagt i 1353 i den gamle bydel i Rotenburg ved sognekirken St. Jakobi af landgreve Heinrich II, kaldet Den Jernrige, blev allerede i 1357 flyttet til den ufæstnede Neustadt til det tidligere Elisabethspital. Ifølge bygginskriptionen på den sydlige chor-tårn begyndte byggeriet af den nye gotiske kirke i 1370. Indtil 1379 var stiftskoret færdig, og bygningen af det oprindeligt ufuldstændige langhus blev påbegyndt.
