De voormalige Stiftskerk St. Elisabeth en Maria is een Evangelische parochiekerk in de stad Rotenburg an der Fulda in de Hessische Landkreis Hersfeld-Rotenburg.
Het in 1353 in de oude stad Rotenburg aan de parochiekerk St. Jakobi door landgraaf Heinrich II, bijgenaamd De IJzeren, opgerichte stift werd reeds in 1357 verplaatst naar de onbeschutte Neustadt bij het tot dan toe bestaande Elisabethspital. Volgens de bouwinscriptie op de zuidelijke koortoren werd in 1370 begonnen met de bouw van de nieuwe gotische kerk. Tot 1379 was het stiftskoor voltooid en werd begonnen met de bouw van het aanvankelijk onvoltooide schip.
