Sinarcas er en by og kommune i Spanien, der tilhører provinsen Valencia, i regionen Utiel-Requena, i den autonome region Valencia.
Ibererne, og senere romerne, refererede til denne by som Arcas, sandsynligvis fordi den lå nær et vigtigt helligsted. Dog ændrede navnet sig til Cenarcas med morerne ceneterne. Flere århundreder senere, da Peter II af Aragón generobrerede denne befolkning, blev det samme navn gradvist castillianiseret og endte med at udvikle sig til det nuværende Sinarcas.
