Subpyrenæerne er et bjergområde i Catalonien, Spanien, der danner en sektion af de sydlige foden af Pyrenæerne. De er placeret i den østlige ende af Pre-Pyrenæerne, vest for den katalanske tværgående bjergkæde, mellem den nedre Ripollès og et område af den høje Garrotxa.
Subpyrenæerne består af en række parallelle bjergkæder, der er justeret i øst-vest-retning. Deres form er glat, og de er for det meste dækket af skov. De blev skåret tværgående af Ter-floden, mellem Sant Amand-antiklinalen og Bellmunt, bjergmassivet, der rejser sig over Vic-sletten.
