De Sub-Pyreneeën zijn een bergachtig gebied in Catalonië, Spanje, dat een gedeelte vormt van de zuidelijke voetheuvels van de Pyreneeën. Ze zijn gelegen aan het oostelijke uiteinde van de Pre-Pyreneeën, ten westen van de Catalaanse Transversale Bergketen, tussen de lagere Ripollès en een gebied van de hoge Garrotxa.
De Sub-Pyreneeën bestaan uit een reeks parallelle bergketens die in oost-westelijke richting zijn uitgelijnd. Hun vorm is soepel en ze zijn voornamelijk bedekt met bos. Ze worden dwarsoever gekruist door de Ter-rivier, tussen de Sant Amand-anticlijn en Bellmunt, het bergmassief dat oprijst boven de Vlakte van Vic.
