Río Castro er en højre biflod til Río Tera, der er cirka 25 kilometer lang i den spanske provins Zamora.
Kilden til Río Castro ligger i sydenden af Montes de León i den nordvestlige del af provinsen Zamora i området omkring kommunen Requejo de Sanabria. Efter kraftige regnskyl kan flodens udspring flytte sig op til to kilometer mod nordvest. Río Castro flyder mod øst og munder kun cirka 25 kilometer senere ud i Río Tera ved Puebla de Sanabria. Floden har ingen væsentlige bifloder og er ikke dæmmet.
