Il Río Castro è un affluente destro lungo circa 25 chilometri del Río Tera nella provincia spagnola di Zamora.
La sorgente del Río Castro si trova a sud dei Montes de León nel nord-ovest della provincia di Zamora, nel territorio del comune di Requejo de Sanabria. Dopo forti piogge, l'origine del fiume si sposta fino a due chilometri a nord-ovest. Il Río Castro scorre verso est e sfocia, dopo soli circa 25 chilometri, nel Río Tera presso Puebla de Sanabria. Il fiume non ha affluenti notevoli ed è privo di sbarramenti.
