La Co-katedral af San Xiao er et katolsk tempel beliggende i byen Ferrol, i provinsen A Coruña. Den er helliget byens skytshelgen, San Xiao. Den tilhører bispedømmet Mondoñedo-Ferrol og er byens vigtigste religiøse monument.
Templet blev designet af ingeniøren og marinekonstruktøren Julián Sánchez Bort fra 1763, og konstruktionen begyndte i 1765 på resterne af en gammel romansk kirke, som blev færdig i 1772. Dette tempel var planlagt for et nyt kvarter, der blev anlagt i byen Ferrol. I 1959, ved hjælp af en bulla fra Johannes XXIII, opnåede det status som co-katedral den 9. marts. Det fik denne titel og ikke katedral, fordi der allerede var en i sit eget bispedømme, katedralen i Mondoñedo.
