Die Co-Kathedrale von San Xiao ist ein katholisches Gotteshaus in der Stadt Ferrol, in der Provinz La Coruña. Sie ist dem Schutzpatron der Stadt, San Xiao, gewidmet. Sie gehört zur Diözese Mondoñedo-Ferrol und ist das bedeutendste religiöse Monument der Stadt.
Das Gebäude wurde von dem Ingenieur und Marinearchitekten Julián Sánchez Bort ab 1763 entworfen und 1765 auf den Überresten einer alten romanischen Kirche begonnen, es wurde 1772 fertiggestellt. Diese Kirche war für ein neues Viertel gedacht, das in der Stadt Ferrol errichtet wurde. 1959 erhielt sie durch eine Bulle von Johannes XXIII. am 9. März den Status einer Co-Kathedrale. Ihr wurde dieser Titel und nicht der einer Kathedrale verliehen, da es in derselben Diözese bereits eine gab, die Kathedrale von Mondoñedo.
