Carbonell-bygningen er en boligbygning beliggende ved Esplanaden, nr. 2 i Alicante, daterer fra 1924 og er designet af arkitekten Juan Vidal i Ramos. Det er en af de mest emblematiske bygninger i byen, både på grund af sin volumetri og sin privilegerede beliggenhed ved havet i byen.
Udvikleren af bygningen var den Alcoian tekstilentreprenør Enrique Carbonell, som var blevet rig ved de gevinster, han havde opnået under Første Verdenskrig ved at levere uniformer til den franske hær, med det formål at nyde lange ophold i byen.
