L'immeuble Carbonell est une construction résidentielle située au Passeig de l'Esplanada n.º 2 à Alicante, datant de 1924, œuvre de l'architecte Juan Vidal et Ramos. C'est l'un des bâtiments les plus emblématiques de la ville, tant par son volume que par sa situation privilégiée face au front maritime de la ville.
Le promoteur de l'immeuble était l'entrepreneur textile alcoien Enrique Carbonell, enrichi par les gains obtenus durant la Première Guerre mondiale en fournissant des uniformes à l'armée française, dans l'intention de profiter de longs séjours dans la ville.
