Naturparken Cap de Creus var den første maritime og terrestriske park i Katalonien og beskytter en stor del af halvøen Cap de Creus. Det har en landareal på cirka 10.780 ha (inklusive 3.276 ha af PNIN og 900 ha naturreservater) og en marine overflade på cirka 3.064 ha (inklusive 835 ha af naturreservater). Det ligger i regionen Alt Empordà, i kommunerne Cadaqués, Llançà, Palau-saverdera, Pau, Port de la Selva, Roses, Selva de Mar og Vilajuïga. Består af bjergkæden Rodes eller Verdera, mellem Roses og Llançà, præsenterer det en kystlinje med en peculiar morfologi domineret af klipper, på grund af erosionen forårsaget af tramuntana og havet. Det meste af overfladen er dækket af hede og tørre enge, hvilket står i kontrast til nøgne af det vegetative landskab nær kystlinjen.
