Plaza de la Constitución er en plads beliggende i den Gamle By i byen San Sebastián, i Baskerlandet, Spanien. På denne plads, med sine søjlegange som hovedkarakteristika, fejres de store fester og begivenheder i byen, såsom San Sebastiáns tamborrada eller markedet på Sankt Thomas' dag. Bygningen i midten var indtil 1947 byens rådhus, og blev derefter brugt af Biblioteket (1951-2000) og senere af administrative afdelinger under kulturområdet i kommunen.
