The Constitution Square is a square located in the Old Town of the city of San Sebastián, in the Basque Country, Spain. In this square, with its porticos as a main characteristic, the city's major festivals and events are usually held, such as the San Sebastián drumming festival or the fair on Saint Thomas' Day. Its central building was, until 1947, the town hall of the city, being occupied by the Municipal Library facilities (1951-2000) and, subsequently, by administrative offices of the culture area of the City Council.
