Het Constitutionele Plein is een plein gelegen in de Oude Stad van de stad San Sebastián, in het Baskenland, Spanje. Op dit plein, dat gekenmerkt wordt door zijn portieken, worden vaak de grote feesten en evenementen van de stad gevierd, zoals de tamborrada van San Sebastián of de jaarmarkt van Sint-Thomas. Het centrale gebouw was tot 1947 het stadhuis van de stad, waarna het werd bezet door de faciliteiten van de Municipale Bibliotheek (1951-2000) en later door administratieve afdelingen van de culturele sector van de gemeente.
