Mar Menor er en kystnær saltvandslagune på den iberiske halvø, der ligger sydøst for det autonome samfund Murcia, Spanien, nær Cartagena.
Dets navn er modsat Middelhavet, som er Mar Mayor i regionen.
Fire kommuner grænser op til Mar Menor: Cartagena, Los Alcázares, San Javier og San Pedro del Pinatar.
Med et areal på 135 km2, en kystlinje på 70 km, og varmt og klart vand, der ikke er mere end 7 meter dybt, er det den største lagune i Spanien.
