Montcortès-søen er en karstisk formation nær Montcortès de Pallars, vest for denne landsby, i en højde af 1.030 m. i kommunen Baix Pallars, i regionen Pallars Sobirà, indenfor området af den tidligere kommune Montcortès de Pallars.
Sammen med søerne i Basturs er det den eneste, der ikke er af glacial oprindelse i Pyrenæerne. Dets omkreds, næsten cirkulær, er 1.320 meter, og den maksimale dybde er 30 m. Søen er en del af Planen for Naturinteresserede Rum og tilhører også Natura 2000-netværket. Det beskyttede område har en udstrækning på 46 hektar.
