Het Montcortès-meer is een karstformatie nabij Montcortès de Pallars, westelijk van dit dorp, op een hoogte van 1.030 m. in de gemeente Baix Pallars, in de regio Pallars Sobirà, binnen het gebied van de voormalige gemeente Montcortès de Pallars.
Samen met de meren van Basturs is het het enige niet-gletsjermeer in de Pyreneeën. De omtrek, die bijna cirkelvormig is, bedraagt 1.320 meter, en de maximale diepte is 30 m. Het meer valt onder het Natuurelke Ruimteplan en behoort ook tot het Natura 2000-netwerk. Het beschermde gebied heeft een oppervlakte van 46 hectare.
