Rådhuset i Lugo, beliggende i byen Lugo, Spanien, er et projekt af arkitekten Lucas Ferro Caaveiro og en af de største eksponenter for galicisk civil barok.
De første oprindelser findes i et dokument fra det fjortende århundrede af biskop Don Lope, der siger, at rådet mødtes i et hus beliggende på Plaza de As Cortiñas. Dog er det første klare dokument om emnet fra det sekstende århundrede, som klart angiver stedet, hvor sessionerne for den civile myndighed blev afholdt. Det bemærkes, at rådet blev afholdt i et af tårnene på muren kaldet Muriega. Denne bygning blev også brugt til valget af deputy for de almindelige, deputy for forsyninger og afholdelse af offentlige råd.
