Il Municipio di Lugo, situato nella città di Lugo, Spagna, è un progetto dell'architetto Lucas Ferro Caaveiro ed è uno dei maggiori esponenti del barocco civile galiziano.
Le prime origini sono riportate in un documento del XIV secolo del Vescovo Don Lope che afferma che il Consiglio si riuniva in una casa situata in Piazza de As Cortiñas. Tuttavia, il primo documento chiaro sull'argomento risale al XVI secolo, che localizza chiaramente il luogo dove si svolgevano le sedute dell'autorità civile. Si nota che il Consiglio si riuniva in una delle torri della muraglia chiamata Muriega. Questo edificio veniva utilizzato anche per l'elezione del deputato dei comuni, del deputato delle forniture e per lo svolgimento dei consigli pubblici.
