Das Rathaus von Lugo, gelegen in der Stadt Lugo, Spanien, ist ein Projekt des Architekten Lucas Ferro Caaveiro und eines der größten Exemplare des galizischen zivilen Barocks.
Die ersten Ursprünge liegen in einem Dokument aus dem vierzehnten Jahrhundert von Bischof Don Lope, das besagt, dass der Rat sich in einem Haus auf dem Platz As Cortiñas versammelte. Das erste klare Dokument zu diesem Thema stammt jedoch aus dem sechzehnten Jahrhundert, das den Ort eindeutig angibt, an dem die Sitzungen der zivilen Autorität stattfanden. Es wird notiert, dass der Rat in einem der Türme der Mauer, genannt Muriega, tagte. Dieses Gebäude wurde auch für die Wahl des Abgeordneten der Gemeinden, des Abgeordneten der Vorräte und die Durchführung öffentlicher Räte genutzt.
