Neuvy-Grandchamp er en kommune i det franske departement Saône-et-Loire og har 823 indbyggere. Stedet er en del af arrondissementet Charolles. Neuvy-Grandchamp ligger 328 km fra Paris og 159 km fra Lyon. Neuvy-Grandchamp er med sine 4.964 hektar den største kommune i kantonen Gueugnon. I 1869 blev dog 298 hektar af kommunen afskåret for at bidrage til dannelsen af den nye kommune Les Guerreaux. Det bakkede terræn i kommunen når en højde på 400 meter og strækker sig over 10 km fra nord til syd og 8 km fra øst til vest.
