Collioure er en fransk kommune med 2407 indbyggere i departementet Pyrénées-Orientales i regionen Okzitanien. Indbyggerne kaldes Colliourencs. Collioure er, sammen med Argelès-sur-Mer og den nærliggende Banyuls-sur-Mer og Port-Vendres, et turistmål ved Côte Vermeille nord for Pyrenæerne. Det tilhører dyrkningsområdet for sødvine Banyuls. Collioure er en gammel fiskerby med to havnebukter adskilt af en gammel kongeslot, begrænset af sin maleriske kirke, hvis tårn tidligere var et fyrtårn.
