Tårnet, dateret til det 12. århundrede, er faktisk det middelalderlige donjon af castrum. I kvadratisk plan, 21,50 meter højt, har det fem niveauer og præsenterer en unik bossestillende murværk i regionen.
Ved foden af tårnet kan man se rester af den herregård, der tilhørte de adelskonsuler fra Garde-Guérin. Det er ikke middelalderligt af oprindelse, da det ikke er registreret i vidimus fra 1364. Man ville datere det til det 16. århundrede, men det blev ødelagt af en brand i 1722.
