Étang de Montady er en drænet dam eller lagune, eller mere præcist en tidligere ferskvandsvådområde, beliggende nær Montady og Colombiers, midt imellem Béziers og Narbonne i den vestlige afdeling Hérault i det sydlige Frankrig.
Populært troet at være "konstrueret af visigoterne", blev Étang de Montady faktisk bygget af munke og velhavende jordejere fra Béziers i anden halvdel af det 13. århundrede efter en autorisation i 1247 fra ærkebiskoppen af Narbonne. De præcise datoer for hvornår arbejdet begyndte eller sluttede er ikke klare, men det landskab, som eksisterer i dag, blev færdiggjort i 1268.
