Chez Chartier er en kendt restaurant i Paris, der blev åbnet i 1896 og ligger i baghuset på 7, rue du Faubourg-Montmartre. Grands Boulevards er den nærmeste metrostation på linjerne 8 og 9. Chez Chartier har været et bevarelsesværdigt monument siden 1989. På grund af sine lave priser er det populært blandt de lokale; indtil 1970'erne var det ikke overfyldt med turister.
Chez Chartier blev grundlagt i 1896 af søskendeparret Frédéric og Camille Chartier, efter at familien allerede havde åbnet en restaurant i Rue du Temple i 1895. Restauranten, der åbnede under navnet Le Bouillon, ligger meget tæt på Grands Boulevards, Hôtel Drouot og børsen.
