Tours Guillaume, også kendt som Porte Jeanne d'Arc eller Porte du Haut, er en byport i den tilhørende franske afdeling Somme, stan Saint-Valery-sur-Somme.
Byporten består af to tunge runde tårne, mellem hvilke der er en portindgang. Tårnene stammer fra det 11. århundrede og eksisterede allerede, da Vilhelm Erobreren i 1066 måtte lægge til med sin flåde på dette sted, før han sejlede til England. I 1430 kom Jeanne d'Arc, allerede taget til fange af englænderne, gennem denne port. Den nuværende portindgang blev først bygget i 1785.
