Bispet af Le Puy-en-Velay er et bispesæde for den katolske kirke i Frankrig, suffragan af ærkebispedømmet Clermont. I 2013 havde det 181.700 døbte ud af en befolkning på 231.877 indbyggere. Det ledes i øjeblikket af biskop Luc Crépy, C.I.M.
Bispesædet er byen Le Puy-en-Velay, hvor katedralen Notre-Dame du Puy ligger. I Brioude findes basilikaen Saint-Julien.
