Den Regionale Naturpark Scarpe-Schelde strækker sig i det franske département Nord i regionen Hauts-de-France. Den ligger i grænsen til Belgien, regionen Vallonien, provinsen Hainaut.
Naturparken, der blev grundlagt i 1968, var den første af sin slags i Frankrig. Den dækker et område på 43.000 hektar. 48 kommuner udgør parken, 12 andre er associerede og udgør i alt et opland på omkring 160.000 indbyggere. Det område, der karakteriseres ved en forholdsvis flad højdeprofil, præges stærkt af et tæt net af vandløb. Schelde, Scarpe og Canal de Pommeroeul à Condé er hovedårerne, hvoraf vidt forgrenede kloakker og drænrende vidner om den tidligere brug til miner og industriudvikling.
